Remoulded of the Void

High Den Mother Zaagahia

"The most formed Remoulded on the planet Nu," dwelling in a castle below an Alverian tunnel entrance, and she "knows all." Most formed means most eaten.

Zaagahia has been reassembling for longer than the Coven has held court and she has never sat in it. A Den Mother takes no domain, because a domain is a portion and Zaagahia has no interest in portions.

Tongue

Her name is the longest in the world and she does not know how many words are in it either, which is the loneliest fact in this tier. Every fragment consumed adds that fragment's portion of the name to the total, and sending a Remoulded back requires speaking the whole of what has found its way into the world.

So she has consumed so much of herself that she can no longer recite herself, and so she can no longer be sent back, and so she cannot go home the short way. Reassembly and banishment are one ledger read from either end, and she has run it too far in one direction to read it in the other.

Society

The dens send her tribute in fragments, living, in cages. She keeps them a while and speaks with them first.

What that conversation is for is not written down, but the class gives the shape of it: a lesser Remoulded does not know what it was a piece of, and provenance is the one sense any of them has. A fragment that is found is eaten by its own larger self and is grateful, in whatever way such a thing can be grateful, because being eaten by yourself is the nearest this class comes to going home.

Regard

She holds no seat in the Coven and the Coven does not pretend she is beneath it. A court where rank runs by mass has no comfortable way to place the largest thing in the world outside its own chamber.

She knows all, which in a class that smells provenance and cannot smell time is a claim about how much of the world has passed through her rather than about wisdom.
